The Challenge

The existing Shopify website had become difficult to navigate, making it harder for customers to discover artwork and complete purchases.

The gallery also wanted to improve its visibility in search results, create a stronger email marketing strategy, and better showcase its growing collection of artists and artwork.

The Solution

Rather than simply refreshing the website, I focused on improving the entire customer experience—from discovery to purchase.

The redesign simplified navigation, improved product organization by restructuring collections, strengthened the gallery's visual presentation, and optimized key pages for search engines.

Alongside the website improvements, I developed an email marketing strategy and updated key landing pages to create a more cohesive digital experience that supported long-term growth.
