About NECC
Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening early childhood education and support systems across Nebraska.
Through advocacy, professional development, resources, and community partnerships, NECC works to support child care providers, families, and early learning professionals while helping improve access to quality early childhood education throughout the state.
Key issues included:Outdated Design: The existing website no longer reflected NECC’s updated branding, growing programs, or the organization’s leadership within early childhood education across Nebraska.
Difficult Backend Management: The custom-coded website made it challenging for the NECC team to easily update content, manage resources, and maintain the site internally.
Outdated Content & Structure: Over time, the website had become difficult to navigate, with outdated content and organizational challenges that made it harder for users to quickly access important information and resources.

The Solution
To enhance NECC’s digital presence, I redesigned and rebuilt their website on WordPress using Elementor, creating a more flexible and user-friendly platform that better supported their growing organization and internal team.
